Share a moment with Michelle as she shares her heart with you. A wife
of 19 years and a mother of two boys, she makes her home North
Central Wisconsin in a unique home that was once a small country
church. She and her husband moved in June of 2006 to serve on staff at
Arrowhead Bible Camp and they raise their full salary through missions
support.
Michelle blends solid biblical teaching, personal
experience, and humor with messages that connect with the audience on
every level. She inspires each listener to find hope even in the midst
of disappointment, grief, or discouragement. She brings her fountain of
creativity to every issue she addresses. Michelle has a Master of Arts
in Ministry Leadership with a pastoral counseling emphasis from Crown
College.

With a BS in Nursing, Michelle worked as a registered nurse until her
children were born. Sensing God’s call to stay home with her boys, she
pursued a part-time home business in craft and rubber stamp sales. Her
past experiences have included painting and decorating homes as well as
coordinating, decorating, and doing flowers for weddings, and teaching
craft classes. She continues as an avid rubber stamping and scrap book
enthusiast, and enjoys watercolor painting.
After editing and
illustrating a book for another writer, Michelle realized her own call
to write both word and song. Her gentle ballads and simple piano
melodies appeal to a broad spectrum of listeners. She writes her songs
from personal experience and God’s touch on her life, weaving her
messages and her music together with her enthusiasm and passion for
encouraging women.
She has ministered in music in her own
church, and at women’s retreats and conferences. Her written articles
have appeared in various places, including a statewide Christian
newspaper and a national magazine for Christian writers, and Focus on the Family magazine. She has a
chapter in the anthology for writers titled "Writing So Heaven Will Be
Different" (2008).
Michelle’s rock solid faith and broad
experience in Christian work give her strong credibility with a wide
variety of audiences.
